I cannot wait to bring the THE GREAT PLANNER PARTY to Houston for our next TX PLANNER BABES conference! It is a perfect place to meet fellow planners and other group members!
Event details as to what is included in price is below.
The price of the virtual ticket will include all swag and discounts provided to in person attendees. We will have live streaming/video at the event along with a virtual host for the entire event. We will have online shopping discounts, for those vendors who will be at the event. Classes along with any hand outs, etc will also be provided. Make & takes will also be packed along with swag and mailed to all virtual attendees 10-14 days after the event.
Virtual attendees will also be eligible for prize drawings, to be mailed along with swag as well. (If classes require supplies, they will be provided before hand if time allows, if not will be in swag box). Shipping of swag box is included in price, to those in the US. Open to US residents only at this time.
The price of the ticket includes swag and goodies from vendors and sponsors. The ticket price will also include meals listed below. Classes will be free and will require registration prior to the event. Details to come on the class offerings. The make & take and other activities provided will be outlined in the agenda closer to the event date. The ticket will also include photo opportunities, snacks, shopping fun as well a lot of fellowship.
The ticket does not include hotel stay or food on Friday night. A room block has been secured at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott with excellent pricing to allow the convenience of being at the conference venue. The hotel also provides free breakfast. A link will be posted under the event in the FB group very soon!
Conference Details:
Friday - MEET & GREET / Preregistration - 6pm.
Join us to pre-register and mingle with fellow attendees. Location will be disclosed closer to the event, as this will be the only part of the conference NOT at the conference center but at a very close by location. Food will not be included at this event
Saturday - The Great Planner Party - 10am - 10pm
A LONG and fun filled day of classes & workshops, speakers, games, shopping, prizes & giveaways along with swag and a lot of laughs! Food provided will be lunch and dinner for this day. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day as well.
This is the day that we will have table sponsors, tablemate gifts and swaps! Once the evening ends, we are free to get comfortable and come back down to begin planning or continue chatting!
Sunday - Plan & Glam Speakeasy - 10am - 6pm
A fun day to wind down as we plan the day away amongst new friends and have more time to shop and support shops (for those who stay both days). The destash table will also be set and awaiting everyone's destash to find a new home. Games and more prize drawings and giveaways as well as lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided.
